Tired

We're mostly moved in. Today we got a new kitchen floor. Turns out all that yellow by the vent was from water damage due to a leaky/clogged drain in the refrigerator. Christopher and I spent most of the day outside while the new floor was put in. Driving to Ohio tonight. Really glad it stays light out until nearly 10pm. We're all exhausted and looking forward to a more normal week. Still need to finish some laundry so we can have clean clothes this weekend! I'll post photos Monday when we return and get all the appliances out of the living room.

Moving

We're in the process of moving to our new apartment...so things are a bit busy. We have LOTS of family coming to A2 tomorrow night to help. We are SO excited to see them all...but especially Aunt Katelyn and Uncle Garrett. Yay for aunts and uncles!

*Warning to those coming to help: Christopher is in a MOOD. Come at your own risk! I may be exaggerating and I'm sure he's just nervous because most of his toys are packed up and we're running around like nuts, but I thought I'd warn you he's being VERY imp-like this week.

Randazzo's

Yesterday we went out to Randazzo's to pick up some delicious (and cheap!) fruits and veggies. Christopher enjoyed helping Daddy put them all in bags. We now have massive amounts of lemons, limes, potatoes, tomatoes, peppers, green onions, cilantro, lettuce, apples, apricots, and some lovely pink hydrangeas. A fabulous way to spend a Saturday morning.

*I've been called to work in the nursery...hoping I'll be in the senior nursery as Christopher officially goes to nursery next week. (Not that I don't love my child!)

We like to eat at Jimmy John's and we always get a pickle...they're HUGE! This time Christopher ate 1/2 of the GIANT pickle all on his own. Yum!

*Christopher has a new word: "shhhh..." It means "sheep". And it's only used in reference to that woolly sheep Mama just had to buy.

Christopher's Words

He doesn't have very many clear words...but they are funny! He says "mama", "dada", "daddy", "dog", "hot", "don't", and "wow". My favorite is "hot"...he blows (like on hot food) and then says the word. Every time. Even when there's no food in sight. Hysterical!
